To clean regularly dust off any of the prints below. Please only use a soft cloth or feather duster. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaners or abrasive cloths to protect your prints.
PRINTS: are made with a Lustre coating to protect from fingerprints and UV exposure. This in mind, you should still handle with care and be sure your hands are clean. Keep flat and when not being used in a frame safeguard your prints in a photo album or binder with sheet protectors.
STANDOUTS: are also made with E-Surface paper and have a Lustre coating to protect from fingerprints and UV exposure. Same as with the prints. Handle with care and be sure your hands are clean. To clean off any dust use a soft cloth or feather duster.
METALS: are made with a thin aluminum substrate. While this print format is very durable you need to also use care when handling and be sure your hands are clean.
MAGNET FRAMES: are made of wood and acrylic. If over time the acrylic shows sign of scratches you can use a product by Novus to clean and repair.

Walmart sells it onlinefor a reasonable price and includes a Microfiber cleaning cloth.
Prints are shipped via First Class Mail. Free shipping applies only to regular prints (excludes metals and standout prints and for U.S. orders only.).
All other items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery estimated 1-4 business days)
International Orders please select USPS International shipping only.
You will receive a confirmation email with order details including a tracking number. Please retain this information in the event your package is delayed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR DELAYED*?
Estimated shipping times are calculated based on average shipping times.
The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time for USPS Priority mail (1-4 days) please do the following before contacting us:
1) Locate your order tracking number on the confirmation email.
2) Visit USPS and track your order - HERE
3) If USPS states a delay or late shipment please wait 4-5 additional days to see if your package will be delivered. If not, send us your full name, address, order number and tracking information to through our Contact Page - HERE
*Many 3rd party carriers are experiencing delays and are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates. There will also be potential delays during peak holiday times.
TO PREVENT ORDERING THE WRONG ITEM:
1. Before finalizing payment in your shopping cart be sure to review ALL items in your cart carefully. Confirm that the items in your shopping cart are what you want.
2. Once you have confirmed your order proceed to finalize your payment.
Since each of our items are made to order all sales will be final.
We will issue refunds for defective or damaged items only.
HOW DO I REPORT DAMAGES:
If your print(s) or frame(s) arrive and you notice the shipping package is damaged and/or open the package to find your item(s) are damaged, follow instructions for the Return Process below. We make every effort to ship each item securely to prevent damage, however, there’s always a chance that damage could occur in transit.
